Ⅱ. Cases not applicable to cancellation

Order cancellation is not applicable in the following cases:

  • the order has already been shipped or entrusted to the carrier;

  • delivery impossibility results from incorrect address details or essential incorrect information.

If the order has been shipped, it remains possible to exercise the rights provided by the Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy, within the limits allowed by applicable law.
